Further update: Summit have confirmed that the Breaking Dawn panel will be the first scheduled on Thursday, July 21!

Update: Summit have released a statement with details on this year's Comic Con panel - whoop:

In addition to Summit’s booth presence at Comic-Con®, the studio will also host one of the first panels of the day in Hall H on Thursday, July 21st dedicated to THE TWILIGHT SAGA franchise. Fans interested in the story’s final chapters will be shown exclusive footage from THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 1 and be treated to a filmmaker and cast Q&A session providing details on the first half of the epic two part finale, in theatres November 18, 2011.

The Twilight cast are going to Comic Con to present a major panel for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1!

The news about a Breaking Dawn panel was mentioned in a New York Times article looking at larger studios skipping this year's Comic Con. The article stated-

Among smaller studios, Lionsgate, which won strong results last year for “The
Expendables,” will be back; and Summit Entertainment will stage a panel for “The
Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1.”
